However, the development cost of the mold is high, and the density of the process product is different, and the quality is not stable enough.

Dry process: This process is only a hot pressing process, the product density is consistent, the quality is stable, but it is not convenient for large-volume, large-scale production. Many supporting OEM products use this process.

The wet one-shot molding process generally uses a liquid resin or an organic solvent to dissolve the resin. Since this process has many inconveniences, it has been rarely used by manufacturers.
