Aluminum Corporation of China plans to build 500,000 tons of aluminum alloy uplift technology transformation project

According to a large-scale non-ferrous net reprint: China Aluminum announced plans to build a 500,000 tons of aluminum alloy products, structural adjustment and upgrading of technological transformation projects, including electrolytic aluminum construction projects and 3 × 350MW self-provided generating unit construction projects, project construction total investment 5.911 billion yuan (the same below), with an annual net profit of 587 million yuan and an investment recovery period of 7.3 years.

In order to construct and operate the aforementioned Baotou Alloy Aluminum Project, Baotou Aluminum, a subsidiary of the company, will co-finance with Baotou Communications Investment Group to establish Inner Mongolia Huayun New Materials with a registered capital of RMB 20 million, including Baotou Aluminum and Baotou Trading Group respectively The registered capital of 10 million yuan, each holding 50% of the equity.

Since 12 months after the investment in Baotou Alloy Aluminum Project was completed, Baotou Aluminum Group has gradually acquired the equity of the joint venture company held by Baotou Communications Investment Group at an investment cost of 3-5 years.
