With the rise of snacks and the reduced use of packaging bags, the use of kraft foil bags is becoming more widespread. For the current common kraft paper foil bag product parameters, we summarize the following:

Among the four major packaging materials: paper, plastic, glass and metal, paper and cardboard account for more than 40% of all packaging materials worldwide. Paper and paperboard as packaging materials have advantages that are unmatched by other materials, such as proper rigidity and strength, and good elasticity and toughness. Many load-bearing packagings on the market currently use kraft paper woven bags. However, the gas barrier properties (oxygen) and moisture barrier (water vapor) of kraft paper and woven bags are not required, especially for packaging products with higher performance requirements. Therefore, aluminum foil composite kraft paper bags came into being under the market demand.

In order to allow composite plastic bags to meet the load-bearing requirements of 25kg, we have added tough nylon to the material structure. In this way, the composite kraft paper can be loaded at a height of 2 meters and naturally falls without falling (provided that the gas is properly released). Since the cost of kraft paper bags and woven bags is only half or even less than that of aluminum foil composite kraft paper bags, high-performance packaging bags are generally suitable for goods with high barrier performance and high added value.
