Li Xiaolin pointed out that the country needs to hold the core technology of nuclear power, and at the same time, it can establish national, public clean energy R&D centers, test centers, industrial science and technology parks, and integrate production, education and research. To establish a common nuclear power industry standard, no unit can violate this standard.
