Third, the vertical packaging machine works

The film of the roll placed on the supporting device is wound around the guide bar set and the tensioning device, and the position of the trademark pattern on the packaging material is detected by the photoelectric detecting control device, and then rolled into a film cylinder through the former to wrap the filling tube surface. First, the film of the interface portion rolled into a cylinder is longitudinally heat-sealed by a longitudinal heat sealer to obtain a sealed tube, and then the tubular film is moved to a transverse heat sealer for transverse sealing to form a package bag. The metering device fills the metered item into the package through the upper filling tube, and then heat seals by the transverse heat sealer and cuts it in the center to form the package unit body, and at the same time forms the bottom seal of the next tube bag.
