1. According to the quality of the phosphating film per unit area, the phosphating film can be divided into heavyweight, sub-heavyweight, lightweight, and sub-lightweight. The specific classification is shown in Table 2-15.
The thickness of the phosphating film is generally between 1 and 50 μm. The conversion relationship between the thickness of the phosphating film and the weight of the film is shown in Table 2-16.
2. According to the composition of the phosphating film, phosphorus can be divided into zinc phosphating, manganese phosphating, iron phosphating, calcium phosphating, zinc manganese phosphating, manganese zinc phosphating, zinc calcium phosphate. And so on. The composition and properties of several typical phosphate films are shown in Table 2-17.
3. According to the phosphating temperature, it can be divided into high temperature phosphating, medium temperature phosphating, and low temperature phosphating. The specific phosphating characteristics are shown in Table 2-18.
4. According to the phosphating treatment method, it can be divided into the immersion method, the spray method and the immersion spray combination method.
1) Impregnation method. This method is applicable to high, medium and low temperature phosphating processes, and there is no requirement for the shape of the workpiece to be treated. The feature is that the equipment is simple and the construction is convenient.
2) Spray method. This method is suitable for medium and low temperature phosphating processes, and is convenient for phosphating of large-area workpieces. It is characterized by short processing time, fast film formation, high production efficiency, and easy production automation.
3) Dip-jet combination method. The combination of the impregnation method and the spray method can maximize the respective advantages to achieve a better phosphating effect.
