2. Make the cleaning work of the parts such as the screw and the nut to be assembled. In order to ensure the cleaning of the assembly work site, the workshop should separate the grinding nut and the grinding pad from the assembly workbench.
3, choose the appropriate ball, not only to ensure that the gap between the single nut and the screw is as small as possible; also to ensure that the single nut can be easily rotated in the whole process of the screw, the ball is smooth, the torque is less than 0.2 pre-tightening torque ( Take a small nut of 0.15 and a large nut of 0.25). The single nut rotates on the whole process of the lead screw, and there is no way that the local rotation is not easy (in these places, the ball screw and the lead screw are not two-point contact, but four-point contact).
4. Carefully match the pre-tightening washer. The pre-tightening force of the ball screw pair pre-tightened by the double nut washer is determined by the thickness of the pre-tightening washer. Pay attention to the following requirements when pre-tightening the gasket:
(1) Check the position of a pair of pre-tightening gaskets (two gaskets) with a centimeter card, and check each of them at least three times. The difference between the maximum reading and the minimum reading of the two gaskets is less than 1 wire. When grinding the gasket, turn the two-side grinding to ensure parallelism.
(2) Adjusting the pre-tightening force is to change the size of the pre-tightening gasket. The size of the pre-tightening gasket cannot be ground to the size at one time. It takes two to three grindings. After each grinding of the gasket, it is necessary to test the assembly. The spring balance is used to check the magnitude of the preload torque until the preload torque reaches the upper limit of the required value. When adjusting the spring force of the double nut, do not change the suitable ball that has been selected in the third step.
(3) When loading the pre-tightening washer on the nut, it is necessary to do the trimming and chamfering work (because the work of trimming and chamfering is not done well, the burr will be placed between the big and small nuts, causing the pre-tightening force. Variety).
(4) Do not throw away the small pre-tightening pad. It should be stored in pairs and can be used next time.
(5) Assembled ball screw pair, use a screwdriver to strike the pre-tightening pad with a hammer. There must be no loosening of the pre-tightening gasket, and there should be no loose gasket and tight gasket. Do not stick with glue.
5. Turn the nut in both positive and negative directions. The smaller the torque over-extension zone, the better. The limit value does not exceed 5~7 degrees, and (the lead of the lead screw is large, choose a small angle, otherwise) the over-zone is too large. Large balls, re-adjust the pre-tightening force, and then check the hand feels soft.
6. Carefully fix the anti-loose button. There must be no gap between the first button and the keyway. The second button can have a gap with one side of the keyway, but the gap cannot be large.
7. Screw on the key. Note that the key and the screw on it cannot be higher than the outer circumference of the nut.
8, run-in, check the pre-tightening torque and beat:
(1) Rinse with oil while running and run 20 round trips.
(2) Check the pre-tightening torque with a spring balance at 100 rpm. The torque exceeds the requirement. The threaded raceway cannot be repaired with a grinding wheel. It can be repaired with 120 mesh sand.
(3) After the pre-tightening torque meets the requirements, the special person is responsible for running and cleaning 60 round trips.
(4) Check the pre-tightening torque and check the pre-tightening torque with a spring balance. Thereafter, for the lead screw with length ≤ 3 meters, the first set of screw rods of each batch must also be sent to the testing center, and the pre-tightening torque is checked by the full stroke of the ball screw torque detector; the spring balance is checked after the same batch. Whether the pre-tightening torque and the lead screw are sent to the testing center will be notified by the testing center according to the regulations.
(5) Install the dust ring and check the tolerance of the jump.
