Normal center ball bearings have a clearance of 0.005-0.010 mm between the inner and outer rings and rolling elements. When the inner and outer rings are shaken in the radial direction, there should be no clearance. The used bearing can be shaken several times in the axial direction with the hand holding the inner ring. When the outer ring and the ball have obvious sound, it means that the fitting clearance exceeds 0.03mm and should not be used any more.
(2) Identification of the tapered roller bearing After the bearing is used, check whether the rolling body and the inner ring raceway are peeled off, whether the cage is too loose, whether the front and rear edges of the inner ring are complete, and whether the outer ring raceway has a crack. After the inner ring and roller assembly are installed in the outer ring, the roller should fall in the middle of the raceway, and the forward displacement should not exceed 1.5 mm. One of them is unqualified and cannot be used.
(3) Identification of self-aligning roller bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings The outer rings of these bearings are separable. In the normal state, the inner and outer ring raceways and rollers should be free of broken, pitted, and deeper wear marks; the cage should be free of deformation and can consolidate the rollers in the inner ring; the inner and outer ring raceways and rollers The fit clearance of the child should not exceed 0.06mm.
(4) When the thrust ball bearing is in the normal state, the two raceways shall be free of peeling and severe wear. The balls shall be free from breakage and pitting; the cage shall be free from deformation, shall not collide with the two raceway washers, and shall firmly gather the balls. Together.
