Including the construction of Minmetals New Material Industrial Park in Qingshuitang Circular Economy Industrial Zone, focusing on the development of industrial aluminum deep processing, copper deep processing, lead-based rare earth alloy and bismuth deep processing project; construction of Minmetals high-tech industry in Zhuzhou National High-tech Development Zone Park, focusing on the development of cemented carbide cutting tools, hard drilling, sintering targets, cadmium telluride materials engineering, lead-acid batteries, environmentally friendly silver-based contact materials, battery materials and lithium-ion battery projects; construction in Chaling County Mine Chaling Industrial Park, focusing on the construction of non-ferrous industrial parks, development of tungsten-tin-scale mining and processing projects; construction of Minmetals Non-ferrous Headquarters in Liyu Central Business District of High-tech Zone, effectively integrating two national-level technical centers of Zhuhard and Zhuzhou and Hunan The research resources of the Central Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals, to create a world-leading non-ferrous new material application technology center.
According to the plan, “China Minmetals†will form an industrial layout of “one headquarters, two factories and three parksâ€. Within five years, the sales revenue of Minmetals Zhuzhou Industrial Base will reach 50 billion yuan, and the annual sales revenue will reach 100 billion yuan in 10 years. Zhuzhou has become the first and world-class non-ferrous material research and development and deep processing base in China.
