(1) DAC points: 4 points of d=5, 10, 15, 20 (mm) (2) Discontinued line offset: +5dB
(3) Quantitative line offset: -3dB
(4) Evaluation line offset: -9dB
6. Coupling agent (such as: oil, etc.)

1. Connect the probe to the ultrasonic flaw detector 2. Open the panel switch , power on self-test, about 5 seconds into the flaw detection interface.
3. Quick basic settings:
(1) Press The key causes the five function main menus “Basic”, “Transceiver”, “Gate”, “Channel” and “Probe” to be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
(2) Press the “F1” key to enter the “Basic” function group, adjust the “Detection Range” in the “Basic” function to “150”, adjust the “Material Sound Velocity” to “3230”, and “Pulse Shift”. Adjust to "0.0" and adjust "Probe Zero" to "0.00".
(3) Press the F2 key to enter the “Transceiver” function group, adjust the “Probe mode” in the “Transceiver” function to “Single crystal”, and adjust “Echo suppression” to “0%”.
(4) Press the F3 key to enter the “gate” function group, set the “gate alarm” to “off”, adjust the “gate width” to “20.0”, and adjust the “gate height” to “50%”. (The adjustment of this article can be based on the user's habits).
(5) Press the F4 key to enter the “Channel” function group, and adjust the “Flaw Detection Channel” to the desired channel with no stored curve, such as “No.1”. At this time, “Setting Out” and “Setting Save” And "Setting Delete" are displayed as "Off" by default.
(6) Press the F5 key to enter the “Probe” function group, adjust the “Probe K value” to “0.00”, adjust the “Workpiece thickness” to “50.0”, and adjust the “Probe front edge” to “0.00”. The “Scale Method” is adjusted to “Sound Path”.
(7) Click The key causes the five function main menus “Gain”, “DAC1”, “DAC2”, “AVG1” and “AVG2” to be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
(8) Press the F1 key to enter the “Gain” function group and adjust all the contents to “Off”.
(9) Press the F2 key to enter the “DAC1” function group, turn “DAC Curve” to “On”, adjust “DAC Calibration Point” to “0”, and “Display Calibration” to “On”.

At this time, the “DAC2” corresponding to the F3 button, the “AVG1” corresponding to the F4 button, and the “AVG2” corresponding to the F5 button do not need to be set; if you press again at this time The keys, the bottom of the screen display the "B scan", "screen saver", "storage", "setup" and "advanced" five main menus, the traditional method of calibrating the oblique probe, these five menus do not need to do any settings.

Note: After entering each function, use the “direction keys” to move the bright bar to the item you want to adjust, and use the “+” or “-” key to adjust the value. The basic settings have been adjusted.
