The Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce recently conducted an on-site assessment and acceptance of the stenter project developed by Shaoyang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. with relevant departments and an inspection team composed of experts and professors.
Since the declaration of the stentering machine in January 2004, Shaoyang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has made significant improvements in product technical performance, appearance and packaging design according to the requirements of the exporting country. In terms of product technical performance, the temperature control accuracy of the drying room and the temperature difference between the left and the right are both leading in the country and reaching the current international advanced level. In terms of detection and electrical control, the level of mechatronics and computer applications have reached domestic leading and international advanced level. In terms of quality and safety, the products have successfully passed the EU CE certification and achieved export to more developed countries and regions such as Turkey.
During the implementation period of the project, Shaoyang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. sold 180 sets of tentering and setting machines in more than ten provinces and cities nationwide, including 19 export delivery products, achieving sales income of RMB 223.36 million and realizing total profit of RMB 7.7 million. The tax was 12.93 million yuan and the foreign exchange earned by export was 3.72 million US dollars. Products are exported to Pakistan, India, Turkey, Russia, Bangladesh and other countries and regions. The market share of products is the first in its class.
The products are energy efficient, stable in performance, simple in operation, high in automation, and reach the current international advanced level. They are in a leading position in the country and can replace imports, so that the sales of similar products in Western Europe are shrinking year by year, which has reduced the domestic textile printing and dyeing enterprises. The cost of technological transformation has saved the country's foreign exchange, and the project's economic and social benefits are more significant. During the implementation of the project, the company's products and related scientific and technical personnel won the second prize of the 2004 China Textile Industry Association Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of Sang Ma, the second prize of Chen Weizhen's outstanding scientific papers, and the Science and Technology Star Award of China Textile Machinery Group. How to use

Peel back several inches of the
polyethylene liner;
