Inorganoclay Rheological Additive DE W

DE W is modified bentonite. It is mainly used in water based system. 

ADVANTAGES
High gelling effectiveness, DE W can form gel even at 2% in water. 
Easy dispersing
Its gel is transparent and of light color. 
Prevents pigment settling. 
High thixotropy, Good anti-sag property

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

APPLICATIONS
Industrial water reducible paint 
Toothpaste and tooth polish
Cream and Lotions Emulsion paint
Pigment and blunge water
Water-borne sealant, adhesive

USING
It can be added directly in powder, with its addition to be 0.2~3.0%. Procedures are as follow. 
1. water (PH: 7.0-8.0)
2. DE W (Dispersing at high speed for 20-30minutes)
3. Additive
4. Pigment and filler (Mixing and dispersing)
5. Emulsion (Mixing). 
6. Post correct.

PACKAGE
Packed in craft paper bag with PE liner inside and 25kg net weight, special pacakges can be provided upon customers' requirements.

STORAGE
It should be stored in ventilated cool and dry place. With the shelf life of two years.
