The main component of the MPA is a piezoelectric ceramic component mounted in the cavity and its associated circuitry. Taking the variable speed motor to adjust the speed of the single spindle winding, for example, when the yarn tension is too low, the control circuit will increase the winding speed (motor speed increase) to increase the tension; otherwise, when the yarn tension is too high, the control circuit will Turn down the winding speed (motor speed reduction) to reduce the tension.
Using multi-stage amplification technology, the MPA tension sensor provides multiple levels of tension detection for the winder user, up to 100g of tension, allowing different users to adjust to their yarn type and production needs. In addition, all MPA tension sensors have undergone rigorous adjustment before leaving the factory, and the error range of tension measurement is ≤16%. In use, it can work normally as long as it is supplied in the 4.5~5.5 VDC range. Dynamic tension measurement, fully matched with the requirements of automatic winder winding, the maximum range is 0~100g, MPA tension sensor works between 3~45 Hz motion frequency, and the yarn reciprocates in the yarn guide once.
