ZrO2 14.5% 2400tex roving for manufacturing GRC,model SL15-2400 is a new environmental friendly material,specially designed as rib material for high-performance GRC(glass fiber reinforced concrete) with high integrity,designed for use in spraying systems for a GRC component.Roving for manufacturing GRC generally use manual or automatic shotcreting technique.Mainly used for GRC products,like,GRC architectural preform,GRC siding, GRC landscape products, GRC lightweight partition board, GRC insulation board, ventilation ducts, permanent tubular mandrel, permanent formwork, industrial building roof elements, sound barriers, self-hosted flooring, irrigation channels,Rome column,doorframe reinforcement,outer & internal wall reinforcement,concret floor,concrete pavers,chequered tiles,Bathroom sinks and coutertops,etc

PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
1.Alkali resistance(corrosion resistance): soaked 4 hours in 100 ºC of Ca(OH)2 saturated solution , Strength retention rate> 90%, diameter reduction ratio of <0.5%;soaked in 100 ºC 10% NaOH solution for 1 hour, weight reduction ratio (excluding sizing) <0.5%.so it can effectively resist the erosion of high-alkali of cement.
2.good integrity: fiber keep a bunch states from shotcreting,can distribute evenly on surface of GRC propducts.
3.Other properties:strong bond, high elastic modulus, impact resistance, high tensile strength, high flexural strength, non-flammable, antifreeze, temperature resistance, humidity changing ability,ant-cracking, good impermeability performance, design easiness.easy shaping.

STORAGE:
The roving for manufacturing GRCshould be keep dry in their original boxes and stored in a suitable place,preferably at room temperature with 35-65% relative humidity.Avoid the sun, rain and fire.
