Hongdu launches new standard tool database to serve large aircraft projects

Today, there are more than 300 standard tools in the standard tool magazine, including more than 100 new standard tools. The user can query the database for the shape and size of the relevant tool according to the standard name or standard number provided by the catalog set. With the development of the tool industry and the development of new tool manufacturing technologies, the standard tool library will be continuously updated and updated. Recently, Hongdu has launched a new standard tool catalogue and database, and put it into use to provide technical services for large aircraft projects.

In May 2009, Hongdu and China Commercial Aircraft Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding to become the sole supplier of the two main structural components of the front fuselage/middle and rear fuselage of the large passenger aircraft project. In order to meet the urgent need to purchase and manufacture high-speed and high-efficiency tools for various types of machine tools, Hongdu Standardization Department has in-depth production of the first line. Based on multi-party research and demonstration, several standard tools approved by the National Tool Standardization Technical Committee have been launched. At the same time, a large number of standard tools were compiled, collected and plotted, and the outline drawings and main technical data of various tools were placed in the catalogue and network sharing was realized.

The introduction of the standard tool catalogue and database will help improve the manufacturing process, improve the quality and efficiency of product processing, and achieve the shared resources of advanced manufacturing and automation science data networks. While serving large aircraft projects, it will enhance Hongdu's comprehensive capabilities in the manufacturing field. .
