In general, the monitor goes through four tests before leaving the factory.

Road test, raw material LCD screen test. The LCD screen is fixed on a dedicated test stand, check whether the LCD screen with a line, broadband, poor light, scratches, LCD aging and other undesirable phenomena, after passing the test, put on the electrostatic bag, Do a good job of protection and send it to the production line.

The second test, semi-finished product testing. According to the specific model of LCD screen, select a dedicated screen line, and connect the driver board and LCD screen, burn the LCD screen matching program, light the LCD screen, check for any points, light leakage, jitter, flash Screen and other undesirable phenomena. After passing the test, do a good job of protective work sent to the aging room.

The third test, finished product aging test. Send the tested machine to a high-temperature aging room above 30 degrees, plug in the 12V 3A power supply, and press the POWER UP DOWN button on the display to enter the monitor self-test screen. Press the display's METU button. Display the LCD model and resolution, etc. After eight hours of aging, re-insert the computer motherboard test to check for any undesired phenomena such as banding, aging, leakage, splash screen, and jitter.

The fourth test, the finished product test. After the aging test machine is packed, the protective film is attached, and the POS dedicated host test (I use the VIA C7 1.2 motherboard) is used. The professional test software test display screen has no color point. , light leakage and other defects; exit the test software, check the desktop for splash screen, jitter; see the test picture, display the color is normal; with a special glue stick frequently hit the display, do vibration test, check whether there is flashing in the tapping process Dark lines and other bad.

After passing the fourth test, the product is packed and the product model/category/color is stored.

There are a large variety of POS boards in the market, and some of them are refurbished. Some refurbished POS boards have poor compatibility with the display's LCD screen. All of them will have some glitches (we test the motherboard's VIA C7 1.2). Our monitor motherboards are always equipped with the new Lehua solution, so this failure does not exceed three-thousandths, and can be solved through some debugging.

A normal monitor, open the package, pay attention to the hands do not touch the protective film, temporarily connected to the host, plug in the configuration power supply, the red light in the lower right corner of the display screen (default factory boot machine), the screen shows NO SIGNAL or no signal.

Here are some explanations for some customer response issues.

There are black edges on the monitor and the desktop cannot be covered with the monitor screen. Press the AUTO image adjustment button to adjust. If it cannot be adjusted, set the refresh frequency. If the host is 60HZ, please adjust it to 70HZ to display normally.

The second type, the display connected to the power supply shows no signal, normal, but after the host is connected to a black screen and OUT OF RANGE or out of range. Please connect the host to another qualified monitor and check if the refresh rate is 60HZ. If not, please adjust it to 60Hz. Then insert the original monitor to normal. Our default monitor frequency is 60Hz. This failure does not exceed one thousandth.

The third, the monitor is all normal, but the host can not adjust the resolution, restart the computer to see if it is normal. If you still cannot debug, please connect the host to another qualified monitor, restart the computer, and adjust it to the appropriate resolution, and then connect the original incompatible monitor. This failure does not exceed one thousandth.

Fourth, the display has a slight splash screen and some areas have jitter. This type mainly appears on LCD series monitors. This is the signal was disturbed. Test the unit alone. Basically no such situation.

The fifth type of word on the desktop, such as "My Computer" and "My Network Places", is blurred or flashing. Please check if the host resolution matches the monitor resolution. This happens if the host resolution is 1024*768 and the display resolution is only 800*600. So old and new customers, please be sure to place your order.
