Water slurry preparation

In order to reduce the drying speed of the water slurry and prevent the printing paste from drying prematurely, an appropriate amount of moisture absorbent can be added to the printing paste to keep the surface of the water slurry moist. Skin, generally used in 3%, excessive moisture absorption will affect the fastness. This is often the case during the printing operation. The printing fluid is very good when printing is started, but the printing paste becomes thick after running for a general period of time, especially in the slurry with the fixing agent. In this case, the size of the printed pattern is small, and the slurry stays in the net for a long time. The water in the slurry volatilizes, the viscosity becomes large, and the fluidity is deteriorated, and 5% ammonia water is added to the printing paste to solve the problem.

2. Chemical fiber fabric printing

When printing water slurries on chemical fiber fabrics, since the coloration degree of the adhesive is weak on the chemical fiber fabric, if satisfactory fastness is to be obtained, the coloring degree of the adhesive on the chemical fiber fabric is increased. The actual method is to join Fixing agent, but because the fixing agent and the binder cross-link, the product feels hard, and it is important to use a fixing agent. If the fixing agent reacts too slowly, it will not have much effect. If the reaction is too fast, the fluidity of the slurry will be impaired, and the printing paste will crosslink prematurely, resulting in clogging. It should be selected to have good fixing degree, and A fixing agent with excellent slurry stability.

3. Vividness

In the water-jet printing, there is often a problem of depth reduction and solidification in the color vividness. The decrease in the degree of vividness is due to the fact that the water slurry has an opposite effect on the colorant, so that the vividness is lowered. If you want to improve, add 10%-15% white oil and a proper amount of emulsifier when formulating the water slurry to ensure the color brightness. In the prepared standby water slurry, when the coloring material is added, there is a normal reaction, that is, a small amount of viscosity is lowered. However, some pigments are especially black, and the opposite occurs, forming a slurry to solidify and the viscosity rises to be unusable. The coagulability of the slurry can be improved by adding an appropriate amount of ammonium sulfate to the solidified slurry.
