Wireless bridge is a special wireless transmission equipment for elevator wireless video and elevator Internet of Things transmission. Compared with the traditional elevator cable data transmission scheme, it has the advantages of strong anti-interference, long transmission distance, high cost performance, convenient construction and strong maintainability. The following introduces the installation and test method of the wireless bridge in the elevator:
For general elevator monitoring wireless bridges, we will configure it for customers in advance, and indicate the bridge IP / bridge pairing number on the bridge (the bridge IP is generally an even number for the transmitting end, and an odd number for the receiving end, such as: 192.168.1.88 is The bridge IP of the transmitting end, 192.168.1.89 is the bridge IP of the receiving end, the two bridges will be unified with a number, such as: â‘ , and then the other pairs are â‘¡, â‘¢ ...)

Step Before the installation of the wireless bridge, check:
â‘  The bridge at the transmitting end is powered on, and the bridge at the receiving end is connected to the computer (the power POE port supplies power to the bridge, and the power POE port connects to the bridge)
â‘¡ Check the local connection status of the computer, modify the computer IP, the local connection status is abnormal, you need to check whether the line wiring is correct, otherwise the network bridge is faulty
If the local connection status of the computer is normal, modify the computer IP to make the computer network segment consistent with the bridge network segment, and then click OK to confirm (the bridge IP is 192.168.1.21, the computer IP needs to set an IP other than 192.168.1.21, such as 192.168. 1.99; the bridge IP is 192.168.20.21, the computer IP needs to be set to an IP other than 192.168.20.21, such as 192.168.20.99)
â‘¢ Enter the background of the receiving bridge and check the parameters. If there is a signal strength display, it proves that the bridge is properly connected (enter the bridge IP in the browser address bar to enter the background).
The second step is to install the wireless bridge:
The elevator monitoring wireless network bridge installation can be divided into two installation methods according to the location of the monitoring center
â‘  The network bridge at the transmitting end is connected to the top of the elevator car and connected to the camera through a network cable, and the network bridge at the receiving end is connected to the top of the elevator shaft, and then connected to the monitoring center (suitable for the installation of the monitoring center on the top floor);
â‘¡ The network bridge at the transmitting end is connected to the bottom of the elevator car and connected to the camera via a network cable, and the network bridge at the receiving end is connected to the bottom of the elevator shaft, and then connected to the monitoring center (applicable to the installation of the monitoring center on the lower floor).
There should be no obstruction between the two bridges at the transmitter / receiver, and the upper and lower positions should be aligned as much as possible

The third step is to debug the wireless bridge:
â‘  Check the signal status
Check the signal status in the background of the receiving bridge, first look at the signal strength of the bridge as close to 0 as possible (0 to -70 can work normally), and then look at the transmission / transmission rate as close to the bridge's own rate as possible 150M bridge demonstration, so the closer the rate is to 150Mbps, the better), after looking at the bridge transmission CCQ (client link quality), generally more than 90% can work normally
â‘¡ Adjust the frequency (the signal status is normal, no adjustment is required)
If there is interference in the working environment of the bridge (transmission CCQ is less than 90%, or AirMax quality is very low), you need to adjust the frequency to avoid interference. Modify it as many times as possible to adjust to the state. Generally, there are 2.4G band network hotspots around, then the network The bridge is adjusted to the 2.3G frequency band as much as possible
Steps: Enter the wireless interface of the transmitter bridge, the frequency is changed to 23XX, after modification, click the lower right corner to change, and then click the application that pops up in the upper right corner, that is, save the parameters, the transmitter bridge restarts, and the receiver bridge will automatically connect to the transmitter network For the signal of the frequency of the bridge, continue to observe the state of the bridge signal, and adjust and compare multiple times to achieve the effect.
