First, the basic principles of fire emergency response

The fire emergency response is carried out in accordance with the priority of protecting personal safety and protecting the property, so as to minimize the loss and impact.

1. Saving people is more important than extinguishing the fire: If someone is threatened by a fire on the fire, the first task is to rescue the people trapped by the fire.

4. Response to a critical fire condition Any worker who finds a fire will do the following depending on the severity of the fire:

a) Locally lightly ignited, extinguishing immediately without extinguishing the safety of the personnel and immediately extinguishing it.
b) Local fires that can be extinguished, but may spread, and without compromising the safety of personnel, immediately inform the surrounding personnel to participate in the fire extinguishing and prevent the spread of the fire. On the one hand, they report to the site manager.

Second, the fire has begun to spread and expand. If it cannot be extinguished immediately, it should be dealt with according to the following circumstances:

1. The site’s top leader immediately conducts an emergency evacuation of personnel and specifies a safe evacuation site. The security officer is responsible for counting the number of evacuees. If there is any missing person, immediately notify the project manager or firefighter.
2. The site’s top leader immediately reports to the company’s leadership.
3. The site’s top leader immediately dials the fire alarm phone “119” to notify the following information:

After answering the "119" question, you can put down the microphone and send someone to pick fire engines at the intersection.

4. If anybody is injured, immediately take it to the hospital or contact the hospital by calling the “120” emergency telephone number.

Third, the investigation and treatment of fire

1. After the fire is extinguished, protect the fire scene.
2. The self-fighting fire was investigated and analyzed by the relevant department of the Ministry of Health and Safety, and the "Accident Investigation Report" was written and the "Control Procedure for Corrective Actions" was executed.
3. For the fires extinguished by the public security fire department, the Ministry of Public Security assists the public security fire department in the investigation of the accidents and implements the rectification measures of the public security fire department.
