1, Introduction <br> <br> we all know, the use of conventional flat head flat head device common workpiece operation, smoothness and flatness of a flat head surface, will be the accuracy of the tool, and the proficiency of the operator and so many factors Impact. In view of this problem, we have developed a CNC flat head machine that can work continuously according to the input feed curve, always maintaining high precision and high efficiency, thus fully guaranteeing the quality of the flat head.
2, control requirements
The control requirements of the CNC flat head machine are:
(1) The control system should be able to adjust the cutter head machining program;
(2) Different processing speeds and processing depths can be selected for different processing stages. The infeed curve at the time of the lost motion is shown in Fig. 1, and the infeed curve during machining is shown in Fig. 2;
(3) The spindle speed should be adjustable and the range should be wide;
(4) The processing accuracy is high, and the smoothness of the plane of the processed material is required to be Ra ≤ 1.6 μm;
(5) Fixed length accuracy: ±0.5mm
3, the system hardware design
Configure the hardware according to the control requirements of the system as follows:
Programmable controller: 1 Siemens S7-200 series CPU222PLC;
Man-machine interface: 1 DP210;
Peripherals: 2 stepper motors, 2 stepper motor drives, 2 three-phase motors, 1 frequency converter, 1 EM222, 8 electromagnetic switches, 4 photoelectric sensors and 1 Hall sensor.
