华南较强降雨　需及时排渍降湿

据中央气象台消息：10日夜间～12日，华南南部有大雨，累积雨量一般有50～90毫米，其中海南中东部有暴雨，局地大暴雨，累计降水量可达120～200毫米。今天夜间到明天上午，河北中南部、山东西部、江苏中北部、安徽南部、广西西部、云南东南部等地的部分地区有能见度不足1000米的雾，华北平原局地能见度不足500米。10夜间～13日，受冷空气影响，新疆北部、内蒙古大部、西北地区中东部偏北地区、华北中北部、东北西部等地气温将先后下降4～8℃，局地降温幅度达10℃，上述部分地区并伴有4～6级偏北风。

　　未来三天具体预报：

　　10日20时至11日20时，新疆北部有雨夹雪或小到中雪（雨）；西北地区中东部、西南大部、华北中西部、黄淮中西部、华南中东部、等地有小到中雨，其中，广东南部沿海、海南大部、甘肃东北部、陕西中南部、四川东北部等地的部分地区有大雨（25～45毫米），海南东部的部分地区有暴雨（50～80毫米），局地大暴雨。新疆北部、内蒙古东北部有4～6级风。

　　11日20时至12日20时，内蒙古中西部及其以南大部地区有小到中雨，其中，海南、广东中部、重庆有大雨（25～45毫米），海南中东部的部分地区有暴雨（50～80毫米）。新疆北部、内蒙古中西部部的部分地区有4～6级风。

　　12日20时至13日20时，西北地区东南部、内蒙古中东部、华北大部、江淮西部、江汉、江南、西南大部、华南等地有小到中雨，其中，广东北部、贵州西部、湖南西北部等地的部分地区有大雨（25～40毫米）。内蒙古大部、华北北部、东北西部有4～6级风。

　　农事建议：

　　1、西北地区东部、华北中南部等地要抓住降水间隙，抢收抢晒已成熟作物；土壤过湿地区要及时排渍降湿，确保适时播种冬小麦。

　　2、西南旱区要加强塘库蓄水，确保秋冬农业生产用水。

　　3、今年秋台风较为活跃，沿海地区仍要注意防御热带气旋对农业生产的不利影响。
