Note: “All†in parentheses in the table indicates that all fasteners are replaced by fasteners in the second row. “Partial†means that some of the fasteners of this specification have changed, but there are still some specifications of fasteners that are unchanged and consistent.
When using the new HG standard with the JB old standard flange, pay attention to the following points:
1. The number of bolts with three flanges is inconsistent. Two of them (PN0.25DN500, PN0.6DN500) directly affect the fit. The number of standard bolts of PNl.0-DN80HG is 8. The number of standard bolts is 8.
2. The screw holes of some old standard flanges (JB series 2) can be reamed 1-2mm, and the other part can be added with washers during installation;
3, PN16.0MPa high pressure pipe flange, the new HG and JB standard connection size is completely different.
