As far as the author is concerned, many of our domestic tool manufacturers have insufficient attention to user experience in all aspects of product development, production, sales, and service. When introducing their companies to users, they often do not introduce their own products. What kind of services are provided for users, what kind of problems can be solved for users, but rather what kind of equipment they have, and often the model manufacturers and equipment models are introduced one by one. To be honest, most user companies don't know what the manufacturer's devices represent.
