1. Safety rules for maintenance of all-electric stacker vehicles
Repair work can only be carried out after systematic study.
(1) Keep the maintenance site clean and hygienic.
(2) Do not carry loose or valuable items on your body during maintenance.
Note: When repairing the electric system of the all-electric stacker, if the metal contacts the energized electronic components, it may cause short circuit or combustion. So take off your watch, earrings or other accessories.
(3) Before repairing the all-electric stacker, first unplug the power outlet and disconnect the power supply.
(4) Turn off the key switch of the all-electric stacker before opening the left and right lids or electrical system.
(5) Before checking the hydraulic system, the fork should be lowered to release the system pressure.
(6) When checking the oil leakage of the car body, please wipe it with paper or cardboard. Do not touch it directly with your hands. To avoid burns.
(7) Please note that the oil temperature in the transmission or hydraulic system may be high. The all-electric stacker should be cooled first, then the gear oil or hydraulic oil should be replaced to prevent the oil from burning.
(8) The hydraulic system should be filled with new cleaning oil.
Note: If the hydraulic oil is not clean, it will affect the precision hydraulic components and reduce the hydraulic system capacity of the entire electric stacker. If different grades of hydraulic oil are used, damage to the hydraulic components will also affect the system capability. Therefore, when adding or replacing hydraulic fluid, pay attention to the use of a uniform grade.
(9) Please comply with relevant regulations, protect the environment, store and discharge oil as required, and do not discharge it into the sewer.
(10) When welding the car body, disconnect the battery power. Because welding current may enter the battery during welding, to avoid this, please cut off the battery.
(11) When working under the all-electric stacker, the all-electric stacker application bracket is fastened.

2, motor maintenance
(1) Check that the maintenance motor should be operated under power failure.
(2) The cold insulation resistance of the motor shall be measured with a 250 volt megger every three months. The resistance shall be greater than 0.5 MΩ. If the resistance is less than 0.5 MΩ, it shall be dried.
(3) Check if the connecting line of the motor outlet is correct and firm.
(4) Check if the commutator is clean, and the brush should slide freely in the brush box.
(5) Check that all fasteners are tight.
(6) Check the brush wear every three months and replace the brush as appropriate.
(7) Do a comprehensive maintenance of the motor every year.
