Mostly there are a Few moisture stay in the raw material of plastic, especially the recycled materials, if we don't eliminate them in time, there will be bubble or water marks in the product surface. So there will be a dreadful influence on the strength, and also the appearance of the product. According to the traditional method, which use the electronic drier to eliminate the humidity, it will cost a lot of time, extend the processing time. Moreover, the weight of the material will be lost, it will also highly exhaust the electric power and increase the labor cost.

Our products is designed specifically for removing moisture from recycled PE/PP/PS/EVA during processing. Its great advantage is it can effectively absorb moisture while processing, so that the recycled PE/PP/PS/EVA scraps and granule could be directly used to make plastic products without pre-drying and product quality proved to be very good.
Plastic Desiccant Masterbatch F24 is a new type of masterbatch developed to eliminate the moisture of recycled PE and recycled PP. With adding a small rate of F24,by mixing with material,it can absorb the moisture during production process and drying process. F24 is environment-friendly and can save production time, energy and cost.

Packing: in 25kg carton with 5x5kg vacuum nylon bag in it or in 25kg bag with 5x5kg loose PE bag in it.

NOTE:
Normally 2-5% added for film product and 4-6% for sheet/board/pipe product, just mix it with the resin material like the color master batch, but please not dry the mixed material with oven or some other machine, the mixing shall under normal temperature.
There are two key points that should be specially noticed while processing:
1. premixing:  high temperature mixing before processing is not permitted, so donnot heat up the stirring machine or material, and donnot let the mixed material stay in the stirring machine for a long time or it will absorb moisture while mixing and block the screen. Simple stirring under normal temperature is ok.

2. storing: this masterbatch should be used within 12-24 hours after the pack has been opened for it absorbs water moisture very well when it was exposed to air.

if the master batch absorbs water before processing, sometimes it will lose its effect and block the filtrate net.
