Pumping cylinder liner honing pneumatic clamp

Our factory has an annual output of 3000 sets of various specifications of pumping pumps. It needs to process tens of thousands of cylinder liners of various specifications (there are 5 series of nominal diameter D of cylinder liner). The last process of cylinder sleeve hole needs to be honed to ensure the drawing requirements, such as As shown in Fig. 1, since the production of the plate clamp has been used, it is not only inefficient, but also labor intensive. To this end, I designed and produced a pneumatic fixture as shown in Figure 2.
