The draft revision of the charter of China Machine Tool Industry Association was completed.

The current charter of the China Machine Tool Industry Association was discussed and approved by the Fourth Member Congress in 2000. In the past four years, with the deepening of the country's reform and opening up and the reform of the government's management system, the status and role of industry associations have been paid more and more attention, and new and higher requirements have been put forward for the work of the association. In order to adapt to the new situation requirements, the China Machine Tool Industry Association has extensively solicited opinions from various parties concerned. Based on the full discussion of the permanent establishments of the association and the various branches, the original articles of association have been revised to form a “revision draft”. The draft will be submitted to the upcoming fifth member congress for discussion and adoption.
