TPU full name: thermoelectric plastic polyurethane rubber. It can be softened under certain heat and can remain unchanged at normal temperature.
The main features of the TPU:
Wide range of hardness: By changing the ratio of each reaction component of TPU, products with different hardness can be obtained, and with the increase of hardness, the product still maintains good elasticity.
High mechanical strength: TPU products have outstanding bearing capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption performance.
Excellent cold resistance: TPU has a relatively low glass transition temperature and maintains good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties at minus 35 degrees.
Good processing performance: TPU can be processed by common thermoplastic processing methods such as injection, extrusion, calendering and so on.
Oil, water and mold resistant. Good recycling.
Environmental protection.
Why not use low cost PVC?
PVC scientific name: polyvinyl chloride. Chlorine , toxic substances. In contact with the skin, harmful substances in PVC will precipitate and enter the human body, causing carcinogenic effects , especially interfering with human body secretion, causing breast cancer in women, congenital defects in newborns, male reproductive disorders and even mental illness.
Need to remind everyone that some supermarket fresh products such as vegetables, fruits and cooked food packaging, but a large number of PVC plastic wrap, PVC plastic wrap plasticizer is mainly composed of ethylhexylamine (DEHA). This kind of substance is easy to precipitate. As food is brought into the human body, it will cause endocrine and hormonal disorders, which will cause greater harm to the human body. PVC cling film meets the fat of cooked food, and the plasticizer is more easily released and penetrates into the food.
It is precisely because of the serious damage that Europe has banned the use of PVC as a food packaging material several years ago. Japan also put an end to food packaging in 2000. According to the World Packaging Organization Council, the United States, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and European countries have now completely banned the use of PVC packaging materials.
Practical disposable transfer pipettes, made from natural low density polyethylene (LDPE). The transfer pipet is simple and safe to use with a long shelf life; no issues with broken glass, cracked or loose bulbs. Additional advantage is that with the single piece design lager amount can be transferred by allowing fluids in the bulb. These plastic transfer pipettes are ideal for transferring small amounts of fluids for microscopy sample preparations or to prepare mixtures or staining solutions. The extra fine tip enables transferring minute amount of fluids. These cost-efficient plastic transfer pipettes are disposable and intended for one-time use. Ideal for educational and research environments. Can be used for fluids up to 70°C, please take care to protect the fingers squeezing the bulb. Available in six sizes/styles: 0.5ml, 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml.
