4, explosion hardening

Explosive hardening is an effective method for surface pre-hardening of high-manganese steel parts by explosive method. It is currently only used in high-manganese steel castings, such as forks on railways, bucket teeth of excavators, and squats. The jaws of the crusher, etc., are used to increase the hardness of the working surface of the part and improve the wear resistance.
