Breathing Air Compressor Inflation Steps:
Before the first inflation, check the compatibility of the final pressure relief valve and/or the compatibility of the working pressure of the inflation joint and the correctness of the automatic shutdown.
This is done when the inflation valve is closed and the compressor started. Let the air compressor raise the pressure. The pressure gauge will not show pressure until the pressure exceeds the pressure of the pressure holding valve (about 1 minute after the start). The pressure will slowly increase until the safety valve exhausts or shuts down automatically.
If the safety valve does not vent after the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the switch must be turned off and the engineer is asked to troubleshoot it.
Do not open the safety valve without permission.
Automatic Shutdown Function Options Under Final Pressure:
The automatic pressure switch stops the air compressor before the safety valve opens. The pressure switch must not be adjusted after the safety valve has been opened.
This may cause premature failure of the safety valve.
After completing the above work, connect the closed inflation valve to the cylinder to be filled.
caveat:
Only cylinders that meet the following conditions can be inflated. • Labels with hydrostatic test on the cylinder. • There is a certain amount of air in the cylinder (not a vacuum flask).
· No mechanical damage or corrosion of the cylinders and bottle valves. · No signs of moisture or contamination in the cylinders. · Breathing air must be dry. Moist air can cause corrosion and/or pressure regulator icing to cause respirators. Mechanical failure.

Gas cylinder inflation procedure:
• Connect the inflation valve to the cylinder to be filled;
· Open the compressor drain valve;
· Close the inflation valve;
· start the compressor;
Close the drain valve;
· Open the inflation valve;
· Open cylinder valve;
· When the set working pressure is reached, close the cylinder valve;
· Close the inflation valve;
Close the compressor (compressor without automatic shutdown);
• Exhaust the inflation valve (slowly open the handwheel) and disassemble the inflation valve from the cylinder.
