(2) The ring die is blocked, or only part of the die hole is discharged. The foreign body enters the ring mold, the ring die is out of round, the gap between the pressure roller and the die is too tight, and the pressure roller is worn or the roller bearing is damaged and cannot be rotated, which will cause the granulator to vibrate (check or replace the ring die and adjust the pressure roller gap).
(3) The coupling is unbalanced, there is a deviation between the height and the low, the granulation opportunity has vibration, and the gear shaft oil seal is easy to damage (the coupling must be calibrated to the horizontal line).
(4) The spindle is not tightened, especially for the D-type or E-type machine. When the spindle is loose, the axial front-rear movement will occur, the pressure roller will swing obviously, the granulator noise will be greatly vibrated, and the granulation will be difficult (the butterfly tail butterfly needs to be tightened) Spring and round nut).
(5) If the large and small gears are worn, or if a single gear is replaced, it will also generate a lot of noise (requires running-in time).
(6) Uneven feeding of the eliminator discharge port will cause the granulator working current to fluctuate greatly (need to adjust the conditioner blade).
(7) When using the new ring mold, it is necessary to prepare a new pressure roller, and arrange a certain proportion of sand shovel for grinding, and use after polishing (to prevent the use of inferior ring mold).
(8) Strictly control the quenching and tempering time and temperature, and keep abreast of the raw material moisture at any time. If the raw materials are too dry or too moist, the discharge will be abnormal and the granulator will work abnormally.
(9) The structure of the steel frame is not strong, and the steel frame vibrates during the normal operation of the granulator, and the granulator is easy to generate resonance (the steel frame structure must be reinforced).
(10) The tail of the conditioner is not fixed or the fixing is not strong and shakes (requires reinforcement).
(11) Reasons for leakage of granulator: oil seal wear, oil level is too high, bearing is damaged, coupling is unbalanced, body vibration, forced start, etc.
