Two materials selection

1. The aluminum alloy profile must meet the requirements of GB/T5237-2400 "Aluminum Alloy Building Profiles".

2. The selection and configuration of hardware accessories is one of the important factors to ensure the quality of doors and windows. Even the high-performance window type must be guaranteed by the selection and configuration of high-quality accessories.

Three processing

1. The processing of aluminum doors and windows should be carried out in the factory and must not be made at the construction site.

Four installation, product protection

1. Before installation, check the shape and position accuracy of the door and window openings, check whether the number and position of the pre-buried rafts meet the design requirements, whether the high-rise windows are connected to the lightning protection belt according to the regulations, and urge the construction unit for the unqualified parts. Rectification.

2. The oxidized material doors and windows that are caulked with cement mortar shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment before the upper wall. Except for the exterior wall, the other surfaces of the window frame are protected with adhesive tape or plastic tape. There must be no adhesive tape or plastic tape on the wall to avoid water seepage in the joint.

3. After the wall of the door and window is fixed with wooden wedges, fix it with nails, and do not use nails or wooden wedges. Before the caulking, the supervisory unit (or construction unit) should be made to check the acceptance of the concealed project, and the vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines of the doors and windows should be checked.

7. Before the acceptance, the aluminum doors and windows should be cleaned and self-tested. Do not use the cleaning agent with corrosion ratio of aluminum profiles, glass and hardware accessories; the problems caused by self-test should be rectified in time.

Five engineering acceptance

1. The acceptance of aluminum door and window project shall be carried out in accordance with GB50300 “Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Construction Engineering” and GB50210 “Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering”.

2. The acceptance of the aluminum door and window project shall be carried out on the basis of the concealed project acceptance and the self-inspection of the construction unit.

3. The following documents and records should be checked during project acceptance: 3.1 Door and window production license and installation qualification certificate.

3.2 Engineering design calculation book, design specification, construction drawing, door and window inspection report, aluminum door and window product quality certificate, concealed project acceptance record, installation and construction self-inspection record, and product certification of aluminum profiles, glass, sealing materials and hardware accessories , quality assurance and entry acceptance records, of which aluminum profiles, safety glass and structural adhesives should also provide re-inspection reports.

3.3 The hidden frame window shall also provide the compatibility test report of the structural adhesive and the weather resistant adhesive, the temperature and humidity records of the rubberizing and curing environment. Special attention should be paid to the installation and construction of the six coastal areas.

Due to the large amount of salt and alkali contained in the wind and rain in the coastal areas, some areas have been cleaned by the use of national standards that have not been desalinated. The corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and windows is more serious and should be given special attention. In addition to the procedures described above, the following procedures should be followed:

1. The aluminum doors and windows that are transported to the site shall be placed in a well-ventilated, dry bath and clean warehouse.

3. There must be a drip line at the door and window opening, which should be checked before installation. Because the rainwater flowing through the wall made of sea sand is very corrosive, it must be prevented.

4. It is advisable to use a card type to install the iron piece to minimize the amount of damage to the aluminum alloy protective layer.

5. The aluminum alloy profile joint is sealed with a neutral glue to prevent rain from entering the inner cavity without the protective layer. As a rule of thumb, corrosion usually begins with the inner cavity without a protective layer.

6. After the interior and exterior decoration is completed. Remove the protective tape and clean the doors and windows. Do not clean the doors and windows with corrosive liquids or hard objects to avoid damage to the surface paint film.

7, important tips:

1) Aluminum is a lively metal. The damage of the protective layer is not anti-corrosive. It is easy to occur. The bat should be taken to protect the surface of the profile.

2) Water is the source of corrosion, and it should be prevented from entering the inner cavity of aluminum alloy profiles without anti-corrosion ability.
