Combined with the rolling process lubrication theory and mechanical vibration theory, the vertical vibration model of rolling mill based on the dynamic friction equation of roll gap is established. The model consists of a roll gap geometry model, a dynamic friction model of the roll-rolling work interface, a forward rolling stress in the deformation area, a friction stress distribution model, and a two-degree-of-freedom vertical system structural model for a single-stand aluminum cold mill. composition. At the same time, in order to study the vertical vibration mechanism and system stability of the cold rolling mill under the influence of the dynamic friction mechanism of the roll-rolling work interface, a single-stand aluminum rolling mill equipment and process parameters were used to build a Matlab/Simulink platform and simulation simulation rolling respectively. The pressure and forward rolling stress curves were validated to verify the effectiveness of the model. The relationship between the mixed friction state in the deformation zone, the roll-rolling surface roughness, the thickness of the rolling insert and the stability of the system was discussed.
