China-France Quartet Signs Memorandum of Cooperation on Green Chemistry Research

On August 31, the Rhodia Group, the French National Scientific Research Center, the Lyon Higher Normal College and the East China Normal University in China strengthened scientific research cooperation in green chemistry and signed a memorandum in the French Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo. The five-year memorandum is intended to promote the study of new materials, new processes based on ecological criteria, and project research in the field of renewable raw materials. The parties will work on the exchange of technical information within the framework of confidentiality and respect for intellectual property rights. . According to the memorandum, Sifang’s green chemistry research activities will use the resources of the Rhodia Research and Development Center to provide support for related cooperation projects.
