Looking at the filter will reveal a large amount of ash, electrical heating damage, and many agglomerated materials visible in the discharge port. The first problem is to cut off the power of the equipment and extinguish the fire.
This phenomenon is mainly caused by the combustion of the system inlet filter. Since the spray dryer will fly during the production process, the dust will adhere to the inlet filter element. These paper filter elements spontaneously ignite due to the temperature of the heating box.
2 The atomizer has a noise.
A squeaking sound will be heard during the operation of the nebulizer. When the atomizer was inspected, it was found that the atomizing disk and the material distributor were normal, and a crack of about 8 mm was found in the rear bearing seat, and the inner race of the rear bearing seat also had a wear track of about 0.5 mm deep. A closer look reveals a burning blue phenomenon.
First, the rear bearing housing will be repaired by tapping, and the front and rear bearings will be replaced. We conducted a comparative test on the no-load and loading of the motor and found that the vibration value of the test point did not change significantly. The inferred vibration was independent of the atomizing disk and the material distributor. The vibration of the rear bearing housing is greater than that of the front bearing housing, indicating that the problem lies with the bearing. The high-speed rotation of the atomizing disk that is sprayed by the sprayer produces a large centrifugal force, the bearing has radial clearance, and the ball in the non-loading zone is unbalanced, so an abnormal sound is emitted.
A corrugated spring with a thickness of 0.5 mm, an outer diameter of 32 mm and an inner diameter of 28 mm is attached to the rear bearing housing of the motor. The spring has a preload compression of 1.5 mm, which compensates for the axial displacement of the bearing. When the rotor of the motor changes due to heat, the inner ring of the bearing also moves, thereby eliminating the excessive clearance of the Ouchen.
