The circulating water field is a large water consumption of petrochemical production facilities, and the concentration multiple is an important indicator to measure the efficiency of the circulating water field. Each time the circulating water field is doubled, it can save about 8% of the total fresh water. The professional and special assessment contents of Yanshan Petrochemical's refinement circulating water field rely on strict management and actively apply advanced technical means to increase the concentration multiple of the circulating water field year by year. In order to increase the concentration multiple of the circulating water field, Yanshan Petrochemical has done a lot of fruitful work. Since 2004, Yanshan Petrochemical has quoted part of the Juma River water to replace the surface water supplied by Beijing Miyun Reservoir, while the Juma River water has nearly doubled the hardness of the water in Beijing Miyun Reservoir, and the water quality fluctuation of natural river water is also very large. It brings great problems to the treatment of circulating water. In order to ensure the scale inhibition effect of water treatment, a large amount of drainage has to be carried out, artificially reducing the concentration multiple, thus causing a large waste of fresh water. In response to the “high hardness and instability†of the Juma River water quality, Yanshan Petrochemical Research Department has developed a composite corrosion and scale inhibitor YSW105 and corresponding process. The formula is fully adapted to the use of the recirculating water field with the Juma River water as supplemental water. After being used in the circulating water field of the company's Chemical First Plant, the concentration multiple can reach more than 6 times and the water saving is 30 cubic meters per hour. At present, the company has 23 sets of circulating water fields, and 22 sets have been replaced with YSW105 high concentration multiple formula.
Yanshan Petrochemical Company has carried out the assessment of circulating water compliance since last year. Based on the specific conditions of each circulating water field, the company has comprehensively scored the concentration multiple, the cost of medicines and the qualified rate of key indicators, and greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of water conservation at the grassroots level. They use the automatic dosing technology of circulating water and automatic monitoring technology to improve the qualified rate of dosing, better warn the corrosion, scaling and microbial reproduction of the circulating water system, and improve the stability of the water quality of the circulating water; Leakage force, the circulating water system for the leaky materials is treated with advanced photochemical technology and biological enzyme preparations, and the side filter is installed in the circulating water system, and the obvious effect is also achieved, and the water treatment technology level is continuously improved.
According to statistics, in the first half of this year, in the 23 circulating water fields of Yanshan Petrochemical, 19 sets of circulating water fields have achieved comprehensive compliance, an increase of 66% over 2005. The cumulative compliance rate of concentration multiples was 82.6%, which was 16% higher than that of 2005; the cumulative compliance rate of key indicators was 100%.
