The Machinery Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal and Guidance Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) reported to the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association for approval, and approved the establishment of the “Mechanical Industry Occupational Skills Identification Abrasives Industry Sub-center†(hereinafter referred to as “Machine Industry Vocational Skills Identificationâ€). 3. Study and discuss the working procedures and requirements for the preparation of occupational standards for various occupational countries in the abrasives industry. Clarify the editorial tasks undertaken by each company and implement the preparation and review of the schedule (please invite participants to bring the company's existing job definitions and standards to the meeting for discussion).
4. Exchange experience and practices in cultivating highly skilled personnel. Discuss the construction of the training and appraisal system for the abrasives industry (enterprise companies that are willing to set up appraisal stations can apply at the meeting).
